Our story began in February 1999 when Thomas and Diana Maione embarked on a mission to create a haven of excitement. They transformed the former Southwood Theatre into what is now the iconic Blazer Tag Adventure Center. From the very beginning, we’ve been dedicated to providing families with unparalleled adventures.
In 2023, a new chapter unfolded as two local families, Sneha Govind and Joe Michael Ramirez, joined hands to acquire and continue the legacy of Blazer Tag. This dynamic team is passionately committed to preserving the spirit of fun and innovation that has defined Blazer Tag since its inception.

Joe Michael Ramirez
Owner & General Manager | AKA “The Iceman”
A dedicated member of the Blazer Tag family since 2002, Joe has been an integral part of shaping the exceptional customer service standards that greet every guest at our doors. Having started at Blazer Tag at the age of 16, Joe takes immense pride in crafting the best possible deals, such as the famous “Iceman Special,” ensuring that every guest experiences the maximum fun at the best value.
Joe’s dedication and hard work serve as a driving force, motivating the entire team to join him in creating a dynamic and enjoyable environment for our guests. With over 20 years of experience, The Iceman aspires to elevate Blazer Tag to new heights of family entertainment.

Accounting Manager | AKA "Math Addict"
Joining the Blazer Tag family in 2006, Kay brings a wealth of accounting and management experience from diverse industries, including retail, hi-tech startups, and real estate.
Kay finds joy in managing the day-to-day finances of the company and is an integral part of the management team contributing to the growth of the business. Her keen eye for numbers ensures the financial well-being of Blazer Tag, while her commitment to the management team helps in steering the business forward, all while ensuring the Blazen’ experience remains fun for all ages.
Julio Romo
Lead Technician Manager | AKA "Romoprime"
Joining the Blazer Tag family in 2008, Julio’s journey to becoming a leader has been marked by his unwavering determination and fearless approach to challenges. Julio’s commitment to never leaving a problem unsolved has played a pivotal role in the success of Blazer Tag.
As the Lead Technician Manager, he ensures that every aspect of our gaming equipment runs smoothly, guaranteeing an uninterrupted and thrilling experience for our guests.When Julio isn’t fixing a video game or optimizing our laser tag equipment, you can catch him riding into the sunset in his Camaro. His passion for solving problems extends from the gaming floor to the open road.
Vincent Almanza

His passion for fun has now led him to a pivotal role—curating the joy at our prize counter.
